Ton apport chez NOUS…

A day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager – West looks like :

  • Supervise the performance and sales activities of sales agencies across the Western region of North America to achieve the business unit’s annual sales targets.
  • Participate in sales planning and forecasting.
  • Monitor and analyze various sales reports and advanced customer data (CRM) to identify opportunities and gaps for each account in the territory. Establish action plans to address the gaps.

NOUS avons besoin de :

What we need : 

Education

  • University degree in Business or Marketing (preferred), or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 5 years of proven experience in sales management, ideally in the furniture or home furnishings industry.
  • Experience in sales within an interior design showroom environment (an asset).
  • Experience working with independent sales representatives (agents).

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the furniture or home décor industry (ideal).
  • Experience in online sales with major retailers in the sector.
  • Experience with CRM tools.

Skills

  • Strong performance and accountability at every stage of the sales process.
  • Curiosity and excellent understanding of the changing dynamics of the market.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid business relationships.
  • Positive leadership and the ability to motivate and support a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
